Yoga is not just a practice — it is the path that brought me back to myself. I teach so others can find their way home too.

Welcome to my community.
I'm Mahima Bajaj — a certified yoga teacher recognised by the Ministry of Ayush, Government of India. My journey with yoga is deeply personal. As a breast cancer survivor, yoga became my lifeline — a way to heal my body, quiet my mind, and find peace amid uncertainty.
That experience transformed the way I teach. Every class I lead carries the awareness that each student brings their own story, their own battles, and their own courage. I hold space for all of that — gently, without judgment.
Today, my students span multiple countries and a wide range of ages — from young adults managing stress, to seniors reclaiming mobility, to NRIs abroad looking for a mindful connection to their roots. My classes are fully online, so you can practice from your home, your living room, your terrace — wherever feels safe and right.
“My classes are designed to create a safe and nurturing environment where you can explore your practice at your own pace.”
I specialise in cancer rehabilitation, Yin Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga, and Ashtanga Yoga — alongside healing-focused sessions for cervical pain, thyroid imbalance, and back pain. My programs are not about performance or flexibility — they are about presence, breath, and transformation.

What I believe
Healing First
Every class begins with the intention to heal — not to perform. You come as you are, and we build from there.
Yin & Stillness
In a world that glorifies hustle, Yin Yoga is radical. We slow down, sink in, and let the body speak. Stillness is the practice.
Community
Yoga is not a solitary pursuit. In my classes, there is warmth, laughter, and a sense of belonging that transcends borders.
